Refreshing Pool

Great Breakfast

The breakfast at Bien Hotel exceeded my expectations. Not only was the food fresh and delicious, but the staff even brewed coffee at my request, which was a lovely personal touch. During my stay, I found the hotel to be quite an enjoyable experience overall. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, featuring excellent air conditioning and great Wi-Fi. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful service. However, the location felt a bit isolated despite having a nearby mall, which could be inconvenient for some. My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. On one hand, the rooms were really comfortable and came with an amazing view of the city and Ararat. However, I was let down by the cleanliness of the room on arrival, as there was garbage and overripe fruit left on the table. The service from the staff was exceptional; they were always there to help with any requests. Overall, while I enjoyed the spaciousness and amenities, the cleanliness issue was a bit concerning.
